1 General Terms & Conditions

7wine (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online Sports Betting and gaming platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the 7wine website, mobile app, and any associated services.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and are legally binding on both parties. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using 7wine.

1.1 Applicability

• These terms apply to all 7wine services — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and e-sports.
• By using this platform, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily and with full awareness.
• Any new features or services introduced in the future will also be governed by these Terms & Conditions.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final. 7wine reserves the right to make the final interpretation of any term.

2 Account Registration

To bet or play on 7wine, you first need to create an account. Registration is completely free and takes just a few minutes.

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must register using accurate and truthful information.
• Each individual may only hold one account.
• Users whose accounts were previously closed are not permitted to create a new account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

7wine complies with international anti-money laundering policies. As a result, you may be required to submit any one of the following documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time:

• Passport
• Driving License
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

2.3 Account Security

Keep your username and password strictly confidential. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately. Allowing any third party to access your account is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposits & Payments

7wine supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The deposit process is fast, secure, and fully encrypted.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Rocket — minimum ৳500

3.2 Deposit Rules

• Funds deposited must be your own. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.
• 7wine does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4 Withdrawal Policy

7wine aims to send your winnings as quickly as possible. Our goal is to complete withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes.

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from bonuses.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 (higher limits apply for VIP members).

4.2 Processing Times

• bKash / Nagad: 15 – 30 minutes
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days
• Cryptocurrency: 30 minutes – 2 hours

5 Betting Rules

Please familiarize yourself with these rules before betting on 7wine. Following them ensures you receive your winnings without any disputes.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

• A bet is considered accepted only after it has been submitted and a confirmation has been received.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, 7wine reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Pre-match bets cannot be cancelled or modified once the match has kicked off.

5.2 Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is cancelled entirely, stakes for all related bets will be refunded.
• If a match is suspended and does not resume within 48 hours, all related bets will be voided.
• For partially completed matches, results will be determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport.

5.3 Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time of bet submission are final. Even if odds change afterward, your bet will remain at the original odds. In live betting, odds update constantly — quick decisions matter.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7wine regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly outlined on the offer page.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000 BDT.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a 10x wagering requirement on the total of your deposit and bonus is required.
• The welcome bonus is a one-time offer available to new members only.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bets placed with a bonus must have minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time.
• 7wine reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Activities

7wine is committed to maintaining a fair and safe platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Betting using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Using or attempting to hack into another person's account.
• Exploiting any platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Assisting minors in creating an account.

8 Account Closure

8.1 At the User's Request

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

8.2 Closure by 7wine

7wine may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Terms Violation
• Suspicious financial transactions
• Registration with false information
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life, you can self-impose a temporary or permanent account lock at any time. This service is completely free and takes effect immediately.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• If a user suffers losses due to voluntarily sharing their own login credentials.

In the event of any dispute, 7wine's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount in dispute.

12 Changes to Terms

7wine reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on-site notification.

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, please request account closure.
